Every coaching session or series is shaped around what your goals and individual circumstances, not a pre-packaged module pulled off the shelf.

Coaching is not linear, so we may jump between steps depending on where you are and what you need most at the time.

We identify what is priority for you at the moment. If that is not clear, we work together to create something that is meaningful to you.

Identify your blockers

Before we start, we review what is getting in the way of you achieving your goal. This helps you raise your awareness around your current situation, and what’s preventing the change you are seeking.

Design Pathways

We build realistic steps towards the transformation along with accountability mechanisms to keep you on track.

Activate & Evaluate

We define the first step and how we will measure success. Nothing is cemented, so we make adjustments to ensure you are successful, including adjusting the goal if necessary.
